We have an Administration vacancy within the Integrated Front Door- Early Help Team.
The successful candidates will form part of a multi-disciplinary team and will respond to requests received from Sefton’s residents and stakeholders.
The main duties will be to provide administrative support for the Senior Early Help Worker who currently manages the workflow of Early Help Referrals to the wider community for example; schools, health who need support to upload their early help assessments and plans onto the Early Help system. You will be required to use electronic systems and be able scan and upload Early Help Assessments and Plans. The successful candidate will be required to communicate with members of the public and a range of professionals and will be able to deal with confidential and sensitive information.
We are looking for someone with good computer skills for example, Microsoft office and Excel. Excellent, organisational, and interpersonal skills with a cheerful disposition and able to problem solve.
