Are you a Legal Assistant or Paralegal looking for a new role?

Our client, a dedicated firm of solicitors with a strong national reputation in the medical negligence field is seeking a Clinical Negligence Paralegal to join their team based in Exeter.

What will you be doing as a Paralegal?

• Liaising with clients and other parties on behalf of lawyers
• Opening, closing, and archiving client files
• General administrative tasks
• Responsible for document production and case management

What is required for the role of Paralegal:

• Ideally, you will be an experienced Clinical Negligence Paralegal, however, a Paralegal or Legal Assistant from any background may also be considered
• You will have a Law degree or equivalent
• Be able to demonstrate a genuine interest in Clinical Negligence
• Excellent communication skills
• Be very well organised
