Customer Sales Executive – Job Overview

• Supporting customer enquiries via different channels, including telephone, email and SMS
• Follow up lead opportunities
• Process new applications
• Taking payment of new applications or existing renewals
• Undertaking outbound calls or emails to aid customer retention
• Promote the company products and services
• Represent the company at events as needed.

Customer Sales Executive – Required Skills and Experience

• Experience within a customer service environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to time manage and prioritise workload
• Confident with a range of office applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Databases, PowerPoint and Outlook

Customer Sales Executive – Benefits Offered

• £12.50 – £13.00 per hour
• 3 days per week 9am – 5pm
• 25 days holiday pro rata
