About the business:

Our client are an established legal practice who are long-standing member of the Sheffield business community. Due to an expanding motor insurance claims department, the firm are keen to hire an experienced legal assistant / paralegal to join the team, in order to service varied motor law matters.

If successful, you will perform the following role as a Claims Handler:

• Review incoming claims by processing, vetting, analysing and proceeding
• Checking underlying insurance policies and documentation to qualify claims
• Liaising with key stakeholders throughout the claims management process
• Negotiation of settlement with opposing side and third parties
• Assist with preparation for legal recovery
